Obituary of Robert William Corneil
Robert “Bob” William Corneil, 75, of London, Ontario, passed away on February 27th after a bravely fought cancer battle, surrounded by loving family and friends. He was born January 14, 1950 in St. Thomas, Ontario and raised in Dutton, the son of George & Elva Corneil (nee Bennett). Bob will be dearly missed by his daughter Jacqueline (Ryan), brothers Phil (Kathy) and Rich (Judy) and granddaughters Leah and Emma.
He was a 25-year faithful friend of Bill W. and deeply cherished the friendships he made on his journey. When Bob wasn’t analyzing stock charts, or enjoying a black coffee, he could be found cheering on his beloved Montreal Canadiens, Boston Red Sox and Pittsburgh Steelers.
A private scattering of ashes ceremony to celebrate Bob’s life will be held in the Spring at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Parkwood Palliative Care in his memory.
