Obituary of David William Kyle

It is with heavy hearts that the family of David William Kyle announce his passing on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Dave, a very kind and gentle man, was an 84 year-old lifelong resident of London and Delaware. Dave is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Kyle (nee Spencer); his sister, Sandie Galiegue (nee Kyle); his brother-in-law, Ross Spencer and wife Nancy as well as nieces and nephews. Dave was predeceased by his parents Irene and Sandy Kyle, and his siblings Larry, Diane, Yvonne and Dorie.

Dave was a very easy going gentleman who valued his family, friends, and neighbours. Dave lived a full and productive life. He enjoyed world travelling, meeting people, reading, gardening, fishing and sharing a meal or social evening with friends or family. Dave had a wonderful sense of humour and told a good story. Dave will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and neighbours.

Many thanks to the incredible caregivers on 5th floor, St. Mary’s, Mount Hope LTC. Grateful mention to Dave’s very warm and caring special friend, Tilly. Cremation has taken place and a private family ceremony will be held at a later date.
