Paul Yaremko

Obituary of Paul Henry Yaremko

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Henry Yaremko at the age of 63, a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother and friend, on August 1st, 2025.

Paul was a Civil Engineering Technologist by trade and a former member of the Freemasons as well as an avid biker.  He lived his life with passion, commitment and a fun sense of adventure.

Born on January 31st, 1962, in North York, Ontario, Paul was the cherished son of the late Daphne Yaremko (Dr. Daphne Patrick) and the late Peter Yaremko, and brother to Pat (Sharon) Yaremko.

As a father, Paul was devoted to his daughter Adriane (Rob) DeVries and a proud Papa to both Chloe and Hayden, affectionately known to them as Papa Paul.  He introduced them to the fun hobby of coin collecting and encouraged their passion for collecting hockey cards.

Paul’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his legacy of kindness, sense of camaraderie and family values will continue to live on in the memories he created and the lives he touched.

The family would like to thank Dr. Kyle Armstrong, the doctors and nurses at Alexandra Marine & General Hospital in Goderich and Dr. Stephen Welch for their kindness and compassion during this difficult journey.

In lieu of a service, donations can be made to the Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre.
