Obituary of Sean Michael Wheeler
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sean Michael Wheeler on September 8, 2025, at Victoria Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Sean was 29 years old.
Born on October 4, 1995, Sean was the beloved son of William and Lauree Wheeler. He leaves behind his three brothers, Raymond (Tara), Matt, and Aaron, and his grandparents Raymond and Beverley Wheeler, and Leigh Johnson, along with his late grandfather Edward Johnson. Sean also had many aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.
Sean attended Byron Somerset Public School and Saunders Secondary School, where he made many lifelong friends. He was known for his infectious smile, his love of sports, and his natural talent on the baseball field. As a huge fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs, Sean spent many hours with his family, cheering on their teams.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
A celebration of Sean’s life will be announced shortly, and we invite all who knew him to join us in remembering him.
