Obituary of Grace Coulson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Grace Inez Coulson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who passed away peacefully surrounded by family.

Grace will be forever missed by her devoted husband of 57 years, Norm Coulson, and her loving daughters Sherry (JD) and Stacy (Kevin). She was the proud and adoring grandmother of Lincoln and Bronwyn, who brought her endless joy and laughter.

Grace was predeceased by five siblings and is survived by her dear sister Mary Pocock, as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

For many years, Grace worked with compassion and dedication in the Dialysis Unit at London Health Sciences Centre, where she touched countless lives with her kindness and care. Alongside Norm, she also volunteered for Meals on Wheels, continuing her lifelong commitment to helping others.

Known for her generosity, warmth, and sharp wit, Grace brought laughter and light to every room she entered. She had a special gift for making people feel welcome and loved — often with a quick remark that left everyone smiling.

Grace was deeply passionate about her family and found joy in every moment spent with them. Her favourite pastime was shopping — especially when she could find a great deal — and she approached life with that same sense of enthusiasm and fun in everything she did.

She will be deeply missed, but her kindness, humour, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. A celebration of Grace’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to McCormick Care Foundation, www.mccormickcarefoundation.ca/tribute-giving, would be appreciated.
