Obituary of Judy Long
Judy passed peacefully, at home, surrounded by family after a brief but mighty battle with cancer, on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Alan Long (2014). Dear mother of Ian Hunter and his wife April, and Laura Clarke and her husband George. Treasured Grandma of Chloe and Liam Hunter, and Gavin and Tyler Clarke.
Judy had a generous soul and a great sense of loyalty to those she loved. She enjoyed her time at the cottage on Lake of Bays or playing a round of golf with friends. Judy was a talented painter and was an avid supporter of SARI Therapeutic Riding.
Friends and family are invited to the visitation on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at Westview Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. The funeral service will take place in the chapel on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to honour Judy can be made to SARI Therapeutic Riding.
