RONALD CLIFFORD CLARKE
Sunrise July 28, 1964 – Sunset March 12, 2026
After a courageous battle with cancer, we are saddened to announce the passing of Ron Clarke on March 12, 2026 in his 62nd year. He passed peacefully with the love of family surrounding him.
Dear father to Shealynne (Dan) and Ronny. Proud papa to his granddaughters Elena Rose, Rylen Breyanne and new grandson Cohen Ashe.
Ron is the son of Don Clarke and the late Gwen Clarke, brother to the late Larry, Cathy (Bob) and Kathlene (Todd) and special Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Ron leaves behind a close friend and brother, Todd McLean, who was by his side throughout his battle. It was this friendship and bond that helped him through for so long.
Born and raised in London Ontario, Ron also leaves behind many friends who he made a lasting impression on. He enjoyed the outdoors. His summers were filled with fishing and camping. Ron shared many times with friends out on the lake. He holds the record for the biggest walleye on Hampel Lake – I can just see the smile!
He excelled as a finish carpenter for over 40 years. He took great pride in his work, and it showed in everything he did.
Thank you to the Palliative Care staff at Victoria Hospital for taking such good care of Ron during his last days. The care and compassion shown was felt by all.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Ron on March 22, 2026 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the Canadian Corps located at 1051 Dundas Street, London, ON
