Thank you for being the reason behind my love for records, the Chordettes, Conway Twitty( many others) and even hens and roosters. Thank you for sharing your love of Michael Jackson with me—he really was the King of Pop, still is! I will always cherish the memories of your amazing pot roast that tasted even better the next day as a stew. Thank you for all those days when I would drop by to see if Terri was home, and even if she wasn't, you would invite me in for coffee. Those moments turned into a beautiful tradition of coming over just to sit, talk, and have coffee with you. You were so incredibly easy to talk to and you made my life so bright. Thank you for always treating me like one of your own daughters. I will always love that picture of you and "Elvis." I love you so much and will forever keep you in my heart.
Fly high, beautiful, until we meet again.I love you,Peeweexoxo
With all my love;

My sincere condolences to Shirley's family. I have known Shirley for 64 years. Sharon was my first friend when we moved to the east end and I went to Lorne Avenue school and Shirley moved on in the friendship. Shirley loved her family - her children and grandchildren were her life. She will be missed.

I remember this day like it was yesterday, nana not knowing how to get home from the hospital when my little sister was born, she let me pick random directions to get home and somehow we made it back in one piece without getting lost. I miss you so so much Nana <3

One of my most favourite memories of my Aunt Shirley is listening to 45s on her stereo late in to the night when I got to have a sleepover. She was always my cool and favourite aunt. I’ll miss her dearly but will always know she’s nearby when I hear Girls just wanna have fun! Love you Shirley ❤️❤️❤️
