Obituary of Edith Elizabeth Fraser
Surrounded by family, our beloved Mother and Oma, Edith Fraser (Wiebe) passed away peacefully at the age of 82 on September 21, 2026. She is now reunited with her husband and soulmate Ernie Wiebe who had untimely predeceased her in 1995 and shortly thereafter, by her Mother Fran Johnston in 1997.
She will be fondly remembered for the immense goodness in her heart, her laugh and her infectious sense of humour, as well as her adaptable mindset that she would refer to as fate.
Her hugs, quick wit, and kindness will be missed by her children Jamie (Nikki), Kathy (Renald), grandchildren Jessica (Matt), Quintin (Maddie), Nick (Becky), Alyson (Sebastian), Christine (Jack) and Kelly, great-grandchildren Brayden, Jaxon, Adeleina, Camila, Noah, Ella, Joaquin and Elodie, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
Cremation has taken place and an intimate Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
