Obituary of Wendy Baker

Baker,Wendy (Cain)- Wendy passed away peacefully at London's Victoria Hospital on Friday, July 8, 2016 at the age of 69. Beloved partner of Kirk, dear mother of Marlon and Edward, cherished by grandchildren Lewis, Carla and Francis. Born in Barrow-In-Furness, England, Wendy will be remembered for her kindness and compassion to those less fortunate. She worked as a receptionist in London hospitals and was a personal support worker for people with mental health challenges. Wendy was also devoted to animal welfare, she was involved in various charity campaigns and adopted many unwanted pets. She also had a professional interest in antiques and was well known in London's trading community. At home, Wendy loved to bake and made the world's best shortbread. A gathering will be held at her home on Friday, August 5th from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. All family and friends are welcome to come remember, and celebrate, her life.
