I was shocked to learn of Jim's passing and sorry to hear he is gone far too soon. I really enjoyed working with him on special projects at the Middlesex Hospital Alliance where I was able to share in his wealth of knowledge, experience and good nature. His sense of humour was sarcastic at times, and there was never a dull moment. His leadership was direct and well respected by the team. Jim seemed to subscribe to the philosophy of "surround yourself with great people and stay the hell out of their way,” which made for a good working relationship to accomplish projects and goals. As I remember him and our work at the MHA, I am left with a smile and fond memories.

Sandi and family,
I was so sorry to read about Jim's passing. I first met him in 1989 when I started working at Four Counties. He was a great guy and had so much patience with me and the rest of us in Health Records when all the new computer programs bombarded us. He always had time for a chat...person to person, not employee to employee.
I'm so sorry your world has been turned upside down. This journey will be a difficult one, but hopefully with family, friends and all your wonderful memories it will be eased a little.

Jim was an amazing man and an even better husband, father and friend. I'll hold fondly the memories we made travelling, celebrating or just visiting. He was a true gentleman and will be missed tremendously. Sandi, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the girls.
