My husband Bob and I were saddened to hear of Dave’s passing…Bob was brothers with Dave on the fire department.
Although not in the same department..Bob said that Dave excelled in fire prevention…always doing his job..that of an expert witness at O.F.D…to the best of his abilities
I got to know Dave when we started to have our annual O.F.D. Retiree pig roast…Dave was there right from the beginning until he wasn’t able to.
He relished in the commaradery…telling jokes and stories with a sharp wit…and eager to partake to get to that prize table
I enjoyed Dave and Pam’s company and friendship
Although the brothers all had nicknames,I chose to use their given names..My way of showing respect
I had hoped to see Dave and Pam one last time
So Dave you left your mark at O.F.D…you left an imprint in our lives…you will be missed…sincere regards to the family

I will forever cherish being at the trailer/ dinners with Dave and Pam at their home in Dutton. Dave always kept me laughing with his stories and humour. I am lucky to have met him ❤️ RIP Dave
