McIntosh, Ian Arthur

 

Peacefully, at peopleCare Oakcrossing London, on August 24, 2022 Ian passed in his 75th year. Always loved brother of Malcolm and his wife Pat of Guelph, Ontario; Caroline Hamill and her husband John Knowles of Calgary, Alberta. Predeceased by his father Byron, mother Elsie and brother Brian. Loved by his nieces and nephews Jennifer (Mehdi), Melissa (Jeff), Krista, Derek (Ana), Cullen (Jenna) and Egan. Great nieces and nephews; Addison, Cameron, Yasmine, Sarah, Jaden, Ethan, Dylan and Laurelle. Friend of Hugh Hamill of Calgary, Alberta. Ian worked for many years at McCormicks in London. Ian will always be remembered for his love of the family cottage, and his fond memories of growing up in Owen Sound. He enjoyed listening to music, watching movies, playing video games and spending time with family.

 

Interment of Ian’s ashes will be at Woodland Cemetery on Friday Sept 30, 2022 at 12:00pm. Letters of condolence, shared stories and memorial donations may be left for the family online at www.woodlandcemetery.ca. Those wishing to send condolence cards, we kindly ask you to forward them to Woodland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, a donation in memory of Ian to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alice Saddy Association would be appreciated.
