Obituary of Mark Jerome Podebry

 The family announces with sorrow the passing of Mark Jerome Podebry. Mark passed peacefully at L.H.S.C. in London, Ontario, with his family by his side, on September 2^nd, 2022 in his 62^nd year. Mark was the beloved husband of Kim Podebry. Loving father of Ashley Podebry (Josh), Tammy Bowden (Brian), Catherine Thomas (Graham), Emily David (Cameron). Caring grandfather to Edie, Tatum, Jaxon, Brooklyn, Wyatt, Madelyn, Ally, and Ryleigh. Loving son of Murray and Elaine Podebry. Brother of Mike Podebry (Elaine) and Karen Seez (Mike). Predeceased by his brother Jamie Podebry (2003). Brother-in-law of Charlene Finch and son-in-law of Patricia Roper. Cremation has taken place.

Mark was, first and foremost, an exceptional father who loved his children and grandchildren immensely. He will be remembered as an unwavering Detroit Lions and Montreal Canadiens fan who knew how to host an exceptional party and BBQ. Mark enjoyed a crisp, cold Molson Canadian, sitting around a campfire with his family, a round of golf and he never turned down the opportunity to sing karaoke. His knowledge of lawncare will be passed down for generations to come. 

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to all the incredible staff at C.C.T.C, Victoria Hospital. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 12^th, 2022 at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 501 at 7097 Kilbourne Road, Lambeth, ON. from 1pm-4pm. Memorial donations to The Canadian Cancer Society and online condolences may be made at www.woodlandcemetery.on.ca.
