John Adrian Nooyen of London, passed away in his 94th year. John was beloved husband to his wife of 67 years Joanna Nooyen (Arts)
Loving father to Dorothy McKeown (Brian) Karen Jenkins and Robert Nooyen. A proud Opa to Nicole, Natalie, Kailey, Chad, Lucas, Brittany, Erik and Larissa and 8 great grandchildren.
John came to Canada in May 1952 and was married on May 28, 1955.
Son of Catherine Nooyen and Anthony Nooyen. Predeceased by dear brother Antoon (Frieda) Nooyen and sister Marie Wijers (Frans)
John will be missed by in- laws and many nieces and nephews in Canada, United States, and Holland.
A big thank-you for the care at LHSC university campus staff. John will be lovingly remembered as a caring and compassionate husband, father, Opa, brother and friend.
John's humour and quick wit and love for his family is dearly missed.
Cremation has taken place.
