Passed away peacefully on October 26, 2022 in her 100th year. Cherished mother of Christine. Beloved grandmother of Laurie (Brian) and Tracy. Loving great-grandmother of Jessica and Mason. Predeceased by her husband Bob and son Barry. Dear sister of Joy in Wiarton, ON and Jack in England. Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews.The family would like to thank the staff of University Hospital for their care and compassion. Donations in memory of Phyllis may be given to Mission Services of London or The Salvation Army.
