Peacefully at University Hospital on June 11, 2016, Lise Bakker in her 89th year. Survived by her husband Jurjen Bakker. Mother of Grete (Jurgen) Kaschper of Dorchester and Eric Bakker of Thunder Bay. Oma to her grandchildren & great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, friends and family. Special thanks to the nurses of the I.C.U./ palliative care units and Dr. Davies all of University Hospital.
