It’s difficult to summarize such a great man. I was treated like family from day one. He was one of the smartest people I've even known. Never complained about anything, even faced with a devastating disease such as Parkinson’s. He never let his condition slow him down and fought the disease with a quiet and stubborn tenacity. I will miss his humor, life knowledge and your presence in general. You will be missed by innumerable people. Thank you for giving me your daughters hand in marriage and being the best Father-in-Law that any son could ask for. You can rest easy now Dad. Love your son Matt

Kathy and I are deeply saddened by Kim's passing. We will keep Jane, Stephanie and Dan in our heart during their time of sorrow. Kim has been my good friend for more than fifty years. He possessed every quality a good friend should have. We shared many great times together. Kim was a good, kind and modest person with a heart of gold. In all our time together I never heard him be critical of others. I don't ever recall him loosing his temper. He never felt sorry for himself even when he was diagnosed with Parkinson's. I admire his courage and I will cherish the memories we created but I will miss you buddy.

Kim was the best. Always had a smile on his face and a witty response to all who greeted him. I will miss the good times at trivia night and blues shows. My heart goes out to Jane, Steph & Dan. Rest in peace my dear friend.
