I remember Matt from Author Ford public school and was a friend of his. He was a genuinely kind and thoughtful guy who would help anyone with anything. He had heart of gold and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. Always in our heart and memories.

Matty and I only knew each other for a couple of years but our friendship was strong and he meant so very much to me. I have wonderful memories of deep but also funny conversations with him and of him coming to church and him feeling at peace. I painted 2 portraits of his best bud Monty for Matty and he loved that. Matty, I'll miss you so very much. I pray Jesus comforts us all.
