Obituary of Tony Spencer

Tony Spencer passed away with dignity at the London Health Science Centre on October 6th. Tony was 72 years of age. Tony was raised on several air bases. His Father was a pilot during World War 2 and later joined the RCAF once again to fly CF-100 s during the Cold War. Tony developed a love for aircraft that lasted his lifetime and attended numerous airshows. Tony had a long career at the Dearness Home in London . He always enjoyed his contact with the elderly and made many friends with his positive personality. Tony was a devoted fan of the London Knights and the Western Mustangs Football team. His brother James and wife Janet will always miss his many phone calls. They were always a delight. I would personally like to thank Harry Homer (our Fathers navigator in the CF-100) for his steadfast friendship with Tony over the years. I would also like to thank John Dickie a devoted good friend who was always there for my brother. I was fortunate to have such a brother as Tony. I will miss you very much.
