Brad was a "true" genius. His intellect was second to none. I remember inviting Brad over to play chess in public school and if I won one game in 7---I was doing good! I remember in high school grades 9-13 only beating Brad in 1 math test ( he must have been having a bad day!). His university days speak for themselves: a BA, MBA, and LLB in 4-4.5 years ( most people would get a BA and Teacher's certificate in that time...).
He was also very adventurous. He visited dozens and dozens of countries and when his Parkinsons' disease took a turn for the worse and time was running short he took his wife and children (out of school) on a worldwide cruise---talk about an education!!
I remember following the voyage on the internet and one week they would be in French Polynesia and two weeks later headed to Papua New Guinea---wow!!
Brad was a "true" friend as we kept in touch from grade 4 ( 8-9 years old) to 62 years old ( 55 years).
