So many stories to share but here’s two classics from the same road trip to a Cleveland Browns game with Terry and Todd. On the way back, Terry was trying to get a smoke out of a pack American cigarettes, he was tapping the bottom of the pack with no success so gave it a little more gusto. I start laughing in the back seat and Todd turns around asking what was up and I told him that Terry’s smoke went flying out the open window! Terry had a comment that I can’t leave here. Some trip, Terry had a radar detector as he wanted to give the State troopers the slip. Well the radar detector kept going off and Terry would slow down until he figured he had passed by the speed trap and not seeing the troopers he would speed up again, this happened 3 or 4 times until Terry got frustrated, unplugged the detector saying the thing didn’t work worth a crap, threw it on the floor of the car and continued speeding down the interstate. Well not five minutes later we are at the side of the road and Terry was speaking to a State Trooper who was writing up a souvenir from the State of Ohio. Not sure if that ticket was ever paid. Classic Terry!
