Bruce was one of the best coaches I ever had, and there were many, across multiple sports. He exuded honesty and integrity, both of which he ingrained in his teams and players.
I have fond memories of our walks to and from the old south rink with Bruce and Kelly on frosty winter nights. I am proud of having scored more goals for Bruce Huff than any of my other hockey coaches, because Bruce inspired and valued both individual achievement and teamwork.
Rest in peace old friend. You made a difference in many lives!

Tim and Kelly, and families, we would like to extend our heartfelt condolences for your loss. Although we never knew Bruce personally, we had a glimpse of the man behind the pen through Tim's stories over the years. We recall his years at the LFP, and his many well versed, knowledgeable, and insightful articles. He was indeed a legend in the London sports scene as well as on the pages that chronicled our lives. He will be fondly remembered by many as a "class act." Our thoughts are with you all at this time.

Bruce and I regularly connected at historic Labatt Park and the Roy McKay Clubhouse at the park over the past 30 years, particularly during special events for the London Majors Baseball Club.
I fondly remember the day about 20 years ago when Bruce arrived at Labatt Park when I was hosting Doors Open London at the park ... with the 1948 Can-Am Trophy won by the 1948 London Majors for defeating the Fort Wayne (Indiana) General Electrics in a seven-game series. It was the first time I'd seen this legendary trophy.
Bruce was always a joy to be around. He will be greatly missed. Sincere condolences are extended to the entire Huff family.
