Obituary of Philip Edward Murray
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Philip Edward Murray in his 77th year. Philip passed away peacefully leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
He is survived by is wife of 56 years, June, daughter Lisa and son-in-law Chris, grandsons Rhys and Nathan, son Stuart and daughter-in-law Mary, grandsons Brycen and Dalton.
Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and support staff across LHSC in the renal and cardiac units and the professional and caring rehab staff at Parkwood. In his final journey through palliative care, the family cannot thank the team enough for the care and compassion to Philip in his final days.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and the family requests any donations be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
