HOWARD, William Henry - August 14, 1936 - March 8, 2018 It is with great sadness and sorrow we announce the passing of William Henry Howard on March 8 after a courageous battle against cancer. Bill was a loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather and will be sorely missed by his wife Marilyn, his children, grandchildren and all his friends and family.
