Obituary of Mary Juliann Strathopolous

Mary died peacefully at home late Saturday night, March 17th 2018, in the presence of her children and grand children. Mary was in her 97th year and will be missed by many as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Mary is predeceased by her husband Peter, her daughter Betty Lou, and her son Danny.

Mary will be lovingly missed by her children Julie, Chris, Christos and George, her little sister Betty, her brothers, Aime, Jerome and Francis and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mary’s life journey started in Holland and included life on the farm in South Western Ontario and Saskatchewan before meeting Peter in London in 1942. Mary and Peter lived in London for many years and later settled in Ingersoll after taking several trips to Europe in particular Greece and Holland.

Mary and Peter were very fortunate to have been lovingly cared for, in their later years in their home in Ingersoll, by their daughter Julie Channer.

We will miss you and know that you can now return to your exciting relationship with Peter(dad). We love you.
