Jack B. Jacques
Passed peacefully with family at his side at Chelsey Park Long Term Care Residence, on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Sylvia (Voll) for 61 years. Loving father of Linda (Brad) Jacques of London, David (Barbara) Jacques of Connecticut, US, Janice (Cam) Smith of London, Julie (Ed) Pustay of Mount Brydges, and Scott (Heidi) Jacques, Oregon, US. Proud Grandfather of Sarah (Jared), Aidan, Laura (Jake), Matthew and Haley.
Also survived by his cousin Donna (Murray) McKinnell of Hamilton, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, John and Mary Jacques from St. Thomas.
Cremation has taken place and at the request of the family there will be no visitation or service.
At a later date, there will be a gathering for family and friends. Memorial donations may be made to Participation House London or the Alzheimer’s Society.
