Obituary of Theresa Kathleen Laforet

On June 17th, 2018 in her 87th year after living a full rich and loving life, Theresa Laforet (nee Ladouceur) went to rest with her loving husband Paul Laforet (2009).

Theresa was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She leaves behind her six children:   Wayne (Celina); Karen (Peter), Gary (Nancy), Paul (Geraldine), Kathy (nee Laforet) Masko (John), Brian (Maria).   Her twelve grandchildren Teri Mai (Craig), Joel (Lena), Lee (Dallas), Justin (Liu Wai), Nathan (Amy), Josh (Katherine), Ryan (Christine), Brock, Paul Jr (Ashley), Mathew (DJ), Christina and Katherine.  And 15 great children Kalub, Lavender, Taylor, Hayley, Gabriel, Champ, Quinn, Celina Grace, Sloan, Finley, Madeline, Lincoln, Jaxson, Royal, and Kai.

She loved life, music, dancing and cooking for her family, the priests at St. Justin’s church and the London Catholic Diocese whom benefited from her most excellent culinary skills.   Her positive outlook on life was an inspiration to all who met and knew her.

She was a member and executive of the Catholic Women’s League (CWL) for over 60 years and her dedication to her faith was exemplary.

We would like to thank Glendale Crossings and especially the staff, volunteers and physicians on the Pond Mills neighborhood for their love, compassion and care (YLS).  We would have asked for nothing more.  

The family will be hosting a memorial mass and luncheon at St. Justin’s Church, 855 Jalna Blvd., London, ON on Friday June 22nd at 11 am.   In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the .
