Brian Whittle

November 20, 1931 - November 19, 2018

Dearly beloved husband of Irene.

Loving father of Christine, Mike (Andrea), and Catherine (Mark).  Proud grandad of Mike, Stephanie, Stephen, and Samantha.  Will be missed by nieces, nephews, and family both in Canada and England.

Brian served his 2 years military service in R.E.M.E. in England where he completed his apprenticeship, following which, he worked as an upholsterer for over 40 years.   He loved playing cards both at home and at the legion, also spending time watching soccer and hockey and playing games on his computer.

Brian and Irene started their journey together in Radcliffe, Lancs, England emigrating to Canada in 1956.  They brought up their family near Toronto and retired to Elliot Lake in 1994, moving to London in 2016 to live with family.

The family would like to thank the staff of Victoria hospital Dialysis and Nephrology departments for their care and kindness.

A celebration of life is being held on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the Royal Canadian Legion, Victory Branch 317 (311 Oakland Ave, London)
