Joe came to Canada in 1952 from The Netherlands and worked for GM Diesel London for 37 years.  He was an apple farmer in Mount Brydges from 1980 to 2004.  He was proud of his Dutch heritage, an avid sailor at Fanshawe Yacht Club, speed skater and X-country skier, active in the Catholic church and regular Red Cross blood donor. The family wishes to thank the staff at Dearness Home Forest Glen for their years of care and compassion.  We thank God for a wonderful life.   We will meet again.
