Obituary of John Paton

John Paton, in his 85th year passed away on July 3, 2019, at Victoria Hospital, London, ON.

Beloved husband of Joan Bennet Paton (Watson) for 63 years. Predeceased by his parents James & Elizabeth (Bunty) Paton.  Survived by his loving sisters May, Betty, Ella & Margaret Woods in Scotland and his sister Margaret in Canada.

Born in Glasgow Scotland, came to Canada in 1963 with his wife and children carrying with him letters of referrals stating 'one of the finest Silkscreen Technicians I have had the privilege of working with'. Proudly working as a silkscreen printer until his retirement. John had a full life being a wonderful husband, father, Papa & Great Papa. He will be missed by his five children John (Aurora), Deborah (Michael), Annmarie (Gerry), April (Ian) and Joanie (Louis). However his greatest loves, will forever carry him in their hearts, his 10 grandchildren Sarah, Alexis, James, Joshua, Hannah, Adrian, Justin, Payton, Daniel, Dylan and his Great grandchild Antonia.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St Patrick's Catholic Church, 377 Oakland Avenue, London ON. A reception to follow in the church hall from 11:30-1 p.m.  

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Children’s Health Foundation, London ON, would be greatly appreciated.
