Diana Adams

Obituary of Diana Lynn Adams

It is with very heavy hearts that the family of Diana Lynn Adams (nee Nantau), announces that she passed peacefully, early morning on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at University Hospital.  Diana, 71, of London, Ontario, formerly of Windsor, Ontario, had been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer just over 3 weeks ago.  Diana will forever be remembered as a kind and loving person who was taken from this earth much, much too soon.
Diana was loved by everyone she met or knew. She was a beautiful person inside and out.  Her friendly face and wonderful smile were as warm as the sun.  She was young at heart and had a wonderful sense of humour.  She was full of fun surprises and always made us laugh.  Diana loved to spend time with her family, she loved arts and crafts, baking, knitting, sewing, gardening, reading, playing cards, music and travelling with her sister.  She also loved watching her grandchildren play sports, especially hockey and soccer, known by all as “Gramma”.  Her family meant everything to her and she meant everything to them.

Loving mother of, Michelle (Dave) Murray of London, and son, Bob (Carol) Adams of London.  Adoring grandmother of Holden Murray, Grace Murray, Bryson Adams, and Leighton Adams.  Dear sister to Karen (Joe) Seguin, Chris (Gloria) Nantau and aunt to Keenan; and Auntie Di to Ruff and Austin.

A private family service will be held at Woodland Cemetery in London next week and a celebration of Diana’s life will take place in the fall.

The family wishes to thank those who have extended their love and support for Diana during her final days.

Donations can be made in lieu of flowers, in Diana’s name, to the Canadian Cancer Society.

To our mom, grandma, sister, aunt and friend, we will always love you and you will forever be in our hearts.
