We traveled to Europe with Chris a number of times. She was an keen explorer and great fun to be with. I will always remember one trip where we had all overextended ourselves walking up and down the Amalfi coast line and Chris came to the rescue with a large pot of Tiger Balm for our sore muscles. Our hotel hallway just reeked of the stuff. But we all felt better thanks to Chris and her care. We would like to extend our most sincere sympathies to her family and friends.

My heart is broken learning of Chris's passing. So many families have been touched by her amazing work and her loving soul. She's made lives better throughout our city just by being her. I feel honoured to have been able to get to know her first through a diaper bin at my former place of employment and later through the diaper bin at my church. I will miss her warm hugs, her strength, and her positive nature. Her battle is over. May our Heavenly Father greet her with the words, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." We love you, Chris! Fly with the angels.
