Will and Dorothy, very sorry to hear about the loss of your mother, Will. Whenever I saw her and spoke with her, she always seemed to have a story to tell that would make you take interest. Dear Will, Dorothy, John, Sarah, Kyra and Karissa, We would like to share our condleances with you all. We recieved the sad news of the death of your mother, grandma an our aunt Monie. It's good to read that she has passed away peacefully and we hope that she had not suffer much in the last days of her life and now in heaven is with her husband and your father, grandpa and our uncle Joop. It was very nice that there was a possibility to follow the ceremony here in the Netherlands. Our mother (aunt Marie Jose) followed it also and it was good for her to be with you from a far distance. We wish you all strenghts in these hard and sad days for you and hope that many good memories on her will help to carry the lost of your beloved mother and grandma. Wil, John and your families. Your mom, Moni will be missed, mom cried when she heard the news. Euchre - a favourite game, I was once in a while asked to sit in for a few hands as well, if some one had to get something or was getting ready to leave. So sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom and Oma. She was a great lady. I remember visiting my sister Audrey in July 1979 when I was 8 months pregnant and I suddenly had an attack of kidney stones so bad that I could not drive home. So Monie, took her car and her husband Joe, drove my car back to Petrolia. What a thoughtful and wonderful gesture that was. They were always so generous and her laughter was contagious. My deepest condolences to Will, John and your families. I remember very fondly the visits to your home when I was young with your mom keeping us in check and yet making sure we had a good time. I also remember well the great times with your family on weekend sailing competition getaways. I pray and trust that she is now with Joe in heaven.
