Oh Ken, how we will miss your quick whit. You will be missed by all your old neighbourhood "Boys of the Hood" breakfasts at Archies every Friday morning. You will be missed by fish and chips, garage sales in Florida (and strawberry shortcakes too). You were so lucky to have Jean to take care of you till the end. God Speed. Hope they have lotterys in Heaven for you. Good Luck.

I am so sorry to hear about Ken's passing. I'm happy that he is no longer suffering. He has been struggling for a long time so in a way it is a blessing.
You and Ken had such a good life Jean. I know how close the two of you were and how much you will miss him.
I will miss our lunches where we all tried to figure out what Jim would order and i will miss his laugh. He had a great laugh.
I read a description of grief recently and it has stayed with me. Grief never ends but it changes. It is a passage not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith. It is the price of love.
Love,
Mardell and Jim

Dear Jean. I am so sorry to know that Ken has passed away. He was an honorable member of the SHACK in Fort Chambley Germany and had a lot to do with keeping the morale of the men and Jnr. NCO's in the shack at a high plateau! He was the guy that kept us all laughing even though we were fed up with all the maneuvers we had to do week in and week out. He had a laugh that could not be imitated. I so very much loved seeing him at the reunions and swapping old memories. I will miss him a lot. Rest in Peace Ken.

On behalf of all retired Dragoons, I would like to send our condolences to the family of Ken Gray! I may not have known Ken personally but we shared the same love of the Regiments.
Thank you Ken for your service to Country, Regiment and Family. “It’s a fine Day to be a Dragoon!” I see Ken in heaven as a Harbour Guide, finding a place for us to rest us upon our inevitable arrival. Rest well my friend you have done your part. Thank You! Bold and Swift!
