Obituary of Edith Ruth Havers
Ruth Havers (nee Sproule) passed away peacefully on June 11, 2021 after a short battle with Leukemia at Victoria Hospital. Ruth was in her 92nd Year. Beloved wife of the late Bill Havers. Predeceased by her siblings, Allen Sproule, Helen Craig, Verna McIlquham, and Reta Thorson. Loving Aunt to Roland (Carol) Craig, Michael (Carol-Deceased) Sproule, Cheryl (Lyle -Deceased) Dahl, Steven (Barb Bater) McIlquham, Jeff (Julie) McIlquham, Mary Sproule (Deceased) and Erna (Larry) Grasley. Also loved by Richard (Mary) Moffatt, Ruth (Cecil) DuBois and Jonathon (Angus) Hutchinson. Incredibly special great aunt to numerous nephews and nieces. Ruth was a dear friend to many. The family wishes to thank the Staff at Richmond Woods and the doctors and nurses at Victoria Hospital for their loving care of Ruth. At Ruth’s request there will be no funeral or memorial service.
