A friend and cousin has left us, I remember first seeing the twins when they were five(5) . Bob, his mother and father and later on Bob and his children were at Parlee Beach where we had lots of fun together. Bob and I kept in contact over all the years. Bob always made us laugh with his stories and was keen to share information about historical events. He loved his children dearly and of course his granddaughter.
He spoke highly of his twin sister Georgina to us and no doubt she made a difference in his life over time.
We will always remember his laugh and if I remember correctly his dragged out comment of, 'Oh God!'
We will miss you Bob!

What I remember about Bob was that he was a very good Historian about World War 2. Maybe it had something to do with his Dad who served in WW2. I worked with Bob for more then 20 years. We went to multiply baseball games, auto shows and too many to count Tim Horton locations. I've lost a true friend. Some of the things we did at work I'm still laughing to myself. Well bud your at rest now. I'm glad your not in pain anymore. We will always miss you at our coffee get togethers. R.I.P. Bob.

My condolences to Bob’s family. I loved sitting with Bob on break at Canada Post. Hearing all his amazing stories about his life & experiences. We kept in touch on Facebook & messenger. We’d send each other funny pictures or information. He came to visit me not that long ago at my new position & it was great seeing him. I’m glad he did some traveling after retiring which was his plan. We’ve lost a good guy. I will remember you Bob.

It is with heart felt sadness to learn of my cousin Bob's passing. So many fond memories of us growing up together especially in the Maritimes when I would learn that he and his mother and father Aunt Phyllis, Uncle Ivor and his sister Georgina were coming to visit with their relatives in the Moncton area and beyond. Then after his mum and dad's passing he would make many trips by himself while on holidays in the summer just to see family, many memories there as well. Bob always was so upbeat and pretty much game for anything at the spur of the moment and had a laughter that when heard was definitely his own and sometimes contagious.. as in making oneself laugh even more. He always loved a good joke and trust me there were lots of relatives here in the Moncton area that could certainly tell some pretty good ones which would get Bob's jovial side stirred up. He will be sadly missed by me and everyone that knew him. A special thanks to Larry who I sadly never had the opportunity to meet but was always talked about by Bob being a life long friend who transported and stayed by Georgina's side in this difficult time. Thank you Larry for the beautiful obituary tribute you composed for Bob.
