Harry William (Bill) Richard Hill

May 1, 1935-December 24, 2021

London, Ontario

Surrounded by his loving family, on December 24, 2021 at the age of 86 years, Bill Hill peacefully passed at home.  He was survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Marilynn, his children Julie McLennan, Karen Wright and Jeff (Dana) Hill.  His grandchildren Jeremy (Kourtney) Wright, Derek (Krista) Wright, Kaitlyn (Conrad) Julien, Nicole McLennan, Cayden Hill and Rachel Hill.  His great-grandchildren Kylie, Ella, Evelyn, Porter, Audrey Wright and Levi and Blake Julien.  Predeceased by his parents Mic and Marion Hill and his sister Bev Hiscock.

After a fulfilling 35 year career at the Board of Education, Bill easily transitioned to an active life where he continued to be a "memory maker" with Marilynn.  Whether it be personal travel, leading groups to theatre or hosting family and friends at the cottage in Grand Bend, he spent his years trying to bring the best to others.  To the many people he touched, he will be remembered with love, respect, and no doubt a wide smile that pays homage to his "life of the party" character. He lived well, loved fiercely and with Red as his partner, built his family a solid and loving foundation.   

In respect to Bill's wishes, no public service will be held.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Operation Smile.
