Obituary of Wilma Howarth
It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved wife and mother, Williamina (Wilma) Howarth nee Wilson passed away peacefully at Earl’s Court Nursing Home Sunday May 1, 2022 in her 77th year surrounded by her family.
Wilma was an only child born to Jane Hastings Wilson and Alan V. Wilson who predeceased her.
Wilma was a passionate traveler and had many cruises over the years. She loved travelling and meeting and making friends along the way. Wilma will be missed by her neighbours, friends and family and her feline companion Marlie.
Wilma is survived by her husband of 57 years Ray, and her two children Heather (Howarth) Janssen, and Michael.
Cremation has taken place and the burial will be private at Woodland Cemetery. A celebration of Wilma’s life will take place at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Wilma’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
