Will never forget the love and caring Uncle Brian had for us as children and our boys, especially when teeny tiny. He would walk Ellis around for what felt like hours holding him facing outwards explaining in fine detail everything he they saw together. Happy that he’s now at peace and will hold these memories close to our hearts.

Thank you Kathy. Brian was pleased to be under Dr. E. Finger's care and become a member for her research team. He felt strongly that he could 'give back' to future generations by donating his brain/brain stem to further studies on Frontal Temporal Dementia. Thank you for your care while he was a patient.

Deborah and Michael, I am so sorry for your loss. What a shock to hear about Budge's obituary. We worked together at IBM for many years and he was the most dedicated and focused person I have ever met - and tenacious when he knew he was right. And somehow he managed all of that with a fabulous sense of humour and yes, great stories. My thoughts are with you.

Thank you Judy. I remember Budge speaking of your involved discussions on many topics. You're quite right, he was passionate about topics he had researched !! Can you imagine what he's chatting about now?

One of my favourite memories of Brian….Being a good cousin, he agreed to teach me to drive. For some reason we used the Burgess Volkswagen Beetle. I stalled many times, I’m sure, but Brian never lost his temper with me. Even today there are many times as I drive that I hear his voice giving me a tip that he originally gave me all those years ago. Thanks Brian
