I am totally lost without you. Love you and will miss you forever! Today is July 8, 2018 and only 8 days to the first anniversary of the day you left us. The boys and I have donated a bench in your memory to Hickory Ridge Golf Club, where we both golfed. It is on the 13th holeon the back 9 .... yes unlucky. But, the views are amazing and I truly think you would be proud. Andrew, Mark and Deanna and I will be visiting the bench on July 16 and then having a bbq here at home, yours and my home, which I hope will bring some life back into the house. You're in my mind and my heart forever! I will never forget you!!

Will always remember the time I visited you all from England with my then girlfriend Tricia and you took us to see the Niagara Falls and then head to the American side.
On the return journey I was a bit cheeky to the American border officer so he got us all out of the car and into the building. Derek was so calm.... I had no idea that the border patrol had zero sense of humour. Could have been nasty but Derek took it in his stride. Very cool guy. Even though we haven't seen each other for years... I still will miss knowing he's around.
