I will remember my father the way he was. A realist....No funeral, no graveyard, no stone. He hated all of that.. those who knew and loved him, knew that.... I hope my fathers last wish will be followed... if not... then my heart will ache forever.

I chose the picture of Poul & the blue jay because over the years we lived on the hill outside Wiarton, repeatedly birds would hit our windows. First thump sound, Poul would run to get the bird and cuddle it in his hand until it Came to.This blue jay is ready to fly.

So sorry to hear of Poul's passing. Our family's have been intertwined for more than 60 years with far too many wonderful times to single out any one or two times. Poul always had a smile or laugh for you! He will be missed!

So sorry to hear of Poul's passing. He was a grand ole fella. I remember he always had a smile even when us girls gave him a hard time with our "shenanigans". Great sense of humour. Prayers & thoughts to all of you. Louise White
